Food Hub in the Heart of the Twin Cities
The Good Acre's mission is to connect and strengthen farmers, food makers, and communities through good food. Based in a suburb between St. Paul and Minneapolis, their main function is to aggregate produce from more than 20 small, nearby growers into an 18-week CSA program. Each week, the farmers deliver their ripe produce and volunteers pack more than 430 boxes. They also have greenhouses for farmers to learn specific practices, and host a wholesale flower market.
